T'ai Chi

T’ai Chi has long been renowned for its health benefits – especially for senior adults.  It helps with balance and stability, strength, mobility, relieves stress, and recent research has shown that this low-impact exercise improves overall bone mass density by 6% in women.  

We are offering an 8 week session from March-April. The classes will be on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays. The cost for an 8 week session will be $48 for one day per week and $64 for two days a week.  Friends and visitors are welcome.  If you would like more information or would like to register, contact Ann Crenshaw at 770-263-7005.
