What to Expect
If you are visiting our church for the first time, here are some things you might find helpful.
We gather for worship on Sunday, the first day of the week, to mark and remember that we serve our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
There are various adult and children's classes that start at 9:30am. Greeters or other leaders will be glad to help direct you and your family to a class.
Our Worship service begins at 10:45 a.m. and typically lasts an hour and fifteen minutes. It includes congregational singing, prayers, Scripture readings, and teaching. We celebrate the Lord’s Supper on the first Sunday of each month. Our music consists of choir-led and piano-driven hymns, psalms and spiritual songs from many ages of the church. Children are welcome and encouraged to sit with their parents during the worship service. Nurseries are provided for children 3 and under.
Come as you are! Some may wear their "Sunday best," while others dress more casually. Wear what makes you comfortable.
We invite you to join us and be changed inwardly, by the Spirit, through the preaching and teaching of the Scriptures and through encouragement among the body of believers. We hope you can visit with us soon!
Every Wednesday evening throughout the school year, from August through June, we have a potluck dinner at 6:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. At 6:30pm, we have a children's bible study for grades K-5 in the Children's Wing and an adult bible study in the Fellowship Hall.
Preschool, Toddler and Infant nurseries are also provided.
